At the Palazzo Reale, you can not miss the opportunity to see one of the first copies of the Last Supper made as a tapestry between 1505 and 1510. The tapestry is titled "Leonardo's Supper for Francesco I" and is a masterpiece in silk and silver. It seems that it was made to satisfy the wishes of the French court that wanted to bring the painting with it but could not do it because it could not be transported. That's why they commissioned this work in the form of a tapestry, so they could have it, and actually transport it. The exhibition will be available until 12 January 2020.
